I specialise in commercial property and business sales and acquisitions and also deal with lease extensions and enfranchisements for residential landlords and tenants. I take a practical and proactive approach to transactions and work closely with clients and their professional teams to finalise deals efficiently and on favourable terms.
My degree in English Literature was completed at the University of Sussex in Brighton. Having then decided on a career in law, I went on to undertake the postgraduate diploma in law at Exeter University and my legal practice course in Bristol, at the University of the West of England.
I was admitted as a solicitor in 2009 having trained and qualified at a firm in Exeter, where I worked for 10 years. My partner’s work brought us to Wiltshire and I joined Bevirs in December 2016.
Outside of work I enjoy playing and listening to music. I am a classically trained singer and also play the piano. I have a young daughter and we enjoy family camping trips.
